Once upon a time, there were two brothers, Elio and Enzo. Second World War had just ended, and they had the idea of collecting raw butter from Emilia, their homeland, cheese factories.
Today, the post-war is long past, but we know that same butter very well. It’s called Zanasi butter, it’s an institution of our region, and is still made the same way, as the two brothers used to.
