Rack of lamb (500g)


Tender and savory meat, the rack is a traditional Easter recipe, but it’s also perfect in every period of the year. Great when grilled, barbecued or cooked in the oven. It can also be breaded and fried for a cutlet a bit different than usual: pass the rack in egg, parmesan, salt, pepper and then in breadcrumb.
