Cotechino on the table means winter, festivities and hope in a lucky New Year. Our pre-cooked version is even easier to make, because everyone knows that, on Christmas, the time is short and the table is long. Put the package in hot water, bring it to the boil and cook the cotechino for circa 20 minutes. Then extracts the package, remove the jelly and serve on a hot plate with lentils, puree or vegetables.
