A classic of the winter and Christmas holidays, zampone differs from cotechino for the bagging in which it’s conserved, but it’s equally tasty. This is how to prepare our cooked zampone: dip the package n hot water, bring it to boil and cook the zampone for 30 minutes. Then extract the package, cut it to remove the jelly and serve on a hot plate. Happy holidays!
