Lamb Offal (500g)


Lamb offal is an ancient traditional dish of poor cuisine from the center of Italy, specifically Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio and Marche. There are different recipes to cook it, depending on the region. It can be fried, stewed, cooked with potatoes, with artichokes (as required by Roman cuisine) or with onions (as in Umbrian cuisine).
