Lucky lentils


In Italy, to eat lucky lentils is a good omen towards the New Year. We feel lucky enough just to smell their scent in the plate.
Soak them for 3 hours, drain and cook them with oil, parsley and tomato sauce for little more than 30 minutes. Don’t forget the cotechino in the oven, and happy new year!
