Veal ossobuco (500g)


Veal ossobuco is a tender cut obtained from the back and front muscle (or garretto) of the veal. One of the most popular recipes is the “ossobuco Milanese style”, typical dish of Lombardy tradition, it’s a true delicatesse, with its tastes exploding in the mouth. To serve with mashed potatoes, or boiled potatoes flavored with Vinaigrette sauce.
