Pork chop (500 g)


Pork chop is one of the most common and requested cuts  in Italy. Contrary to popular belief, this meat tends to be lean as it mainly contains the loin muscle, that is white meat. The chops can be cooked in different ways; the most traditional is grilling them, but it is also common to cook them in a pan, in the oven or with tomato sauce.
