ZIa Ferrarese Salami (100g)

Zia Ferrarese salami is a cold cut typical of Ferrara area, made of chopped meat aromatized with salt, pepper and garlic left to macerate in white wine. The “zia” (aunt) of the name is the casing in which the salami is stuffed and seasoned. Perfect as appetizer and second course, it goes well with a “coppia” (couple), the typical bread of Ferrara, pickles and a glass of wine.
